Welding Accessories SOUDAX adapters, grounding pliers, etc.

External screen
It is possible to connect an external screen to the GMF Genius generator, it has the same functions as the built-in screen. It allows you to control the generator at a distance of 2 to 10 meters, with the ability to return to the generator screen.
Vacuum pump
A device for creating a vacuum in the air circuit of a welding pencil. It is used for sucking metal balls when welding with a tack.
Water cooling device
The device is used for cooling various models of SOUDAX welding equipment.
Pedal
Electric pedal for starting the cycle of the welding generator and pneumatic distributor on pneumatic welding heads.
Grounding pliers
They are fixed to the workpiece during welding with a tool with a one-way current supply. Soft clamping pliers ensure the return of current without damaging the surface of the workpiece.
Copper substrate
A copper plate with a grounding cable is used to position the workpiece during welding with a one-way current supply tool.
Adapter
The adapter is used as a connector for transmitting the trigger signal.
BDT Adapter
The switching device is used for connection to a welding source and simultaneous operation of several welding heads and/or tools.
Connection block
A device for connecting cables. It is used for hand tools and heads.

-
microwelding
Micro-welding is one of the directions of contact welding, it is used to connect several metal blanks by passing a powerful pulse of electric current. -
CONTACT WELDING-SOLDERING
Contact welding-soldering allows you to connect parts by combining the action of welding and melting the solder. This method makes it possible to obtain a large contact area with minimal influence on the shape of the workpieces. -
CONTACT SOLDERING
Contact soldering connects parts with a very low electrical resistivity. This process makes it possible to connect several parts at the same time, laying the solder and holding the workpieces in the pincers.
